Cycles of Becoming
Life consists of cycles of renewal. Through each cycle we have the choice to grow more, into the person we want to become. To connect deeper to our inner nature and surrender to what yearns to find expression through our being. This four-session workshop series draws on themes that emerged from my own cycles of becoming, throughout big career changes, sickness and dramatic life challenges.
“One day
your soul will call to you
with a holy rage.
“Rise up!” it will say …
Stand up inside your own skin.” – Ian McCallum

Step Out and Lead your way
Start playing big and have the courage to create what you want in your life and work. In this workshop you will learn how to quiet your self-doubt (your inner critic), to get in touch with your own inner wisdom and callings. Practise a novel approach, to move through fear and not allow criticism (or praise) to hold you back.
This four-session workshop series draw from the global and highly acclaimed Playing Big: Leadership Programme for women, developed by Tara Mohr.
“Playing big is being more loyal to your dreams than to your fears.” – Tara Mohr
Be Rooted
In this workshop we reveal what it means to be in a process of change and what we can learn from trees, to root ourselves throughout change. I share with you the practical techniques that supported me to stay rooted and resilient amid stormy winds.
“Each tree grows in two directions at once, into the darkness and out to the light with as many branches and roots as it needs to embody its
wild desires. “ – John O’ Donohue

Space to Connect
During this workshop I use poetry and stories, to facilitate a conversation about the nature of our callings. I create space where you will have time to turn your awareness within, through silence, reflection and being in nature. In order to explore and reconnect with our deepest nature.
“Create a clearing in the dense forest of your life and wait there patiently,
until the song that is your life falls into your own cupped hands and you recognize and greet it…” – Martha Postlethwaite

Please contact me if you or a group of friends or your team are interested in one of the above workshops. Or if you have a specific topic that you would like me to develop as a workshop for you.

Where everything shines as it disappears.
The artist, when sketching, loves nothing so much.
As the curve of the body as it turns away”
