Ian McCallum's poem The Rising reminds us that there are times when we need to rise up into integrated action. We do a brief meditation to embody a posture for the soul to rise up.
I share R.S. Thomas's poem The Answer followed by a brief meditation to let go of the old questions that does not serve us anymore.
What the living do by Marie Howe is the poem that reminds us that we are still here. We then do a body scan to sense into our own inner aliveness.
